This session will introduce (or reinforce) the CHAMPS framework as a powerful tool for creating a positive, structured classroom environment. Participants will learn how to clearly define and teach behavior expectations using the CHAMPS acronym—Conversation, Help, Activity, Movement, Participation, and Success. Through real-world examples and practical applications, educators will explore how to set students up for success, reduce misbehavior, and build a classroom culture that supports both academic and behavioral growth. Perfect for teachers looking to strengthen their Tier 1 behavior supports and create a more predictable, engaging learning space.
